New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated BJP leader Debangshu Panda on his record victory in the Falta constituency of West Bengal.
In a post on X, Modi said the people of Falta had shown their faith in democracy and rejected intimidation. He described the victory as a sign of growing support for the BJP in West Bengal.“People of Falta have spoken! Democracy has won and intimidation has lost,” the Prime Minister wrote.
Modi also praised BJP workers across the state for their hard work and dedication during the election campaign. He said the party would continue working for the development and progress of West Bengal in the coming years.
The Prime Minister added that the result reflects the trust of the people in the BJP and its efforts across different sectors.
