Baramulla, Kashmir, June 30: The Jammu & Kashmir Employees and Social Welfare Association (JKESWA) today accorded a warm welcome to the newly appointed Chief Education Officer, Baramulla, during a meeting at his office.
Speaking on the occasion, President JKESWA, Asiya Iqbal, described the Chief Education Officer as “a man of high calibre possessing exceptional administrative competence and remarkable human qualities to lead the Education Department in Baramulla.”
She expressed her happiness over the officer’s respectful and dignified approach towards women, stating that it was encouraging to see an officer who genuinely values and respects women employees and is committed to creating a positive and inclusive working environment.
Asiya Iqbal appreciated the CEO for patiently listening to the issues and concerns raised by employees, particularly women working in the Education Department. She said the officer assured the JKESWA delegation that every genuine grievance would be addressed with fairness and transparency, and that he would extend full support to all employees to ensure justice, welfare, and the overall upliftment of the department, with special attention to lady employees.
The JKESWA President further assured the Chief Education Officer of the association’s full cooperation in strengthening the education sector across the district. She stated that women employees, along with all other staff members, would leave no stone unturned in contributing towards the empowerment of the education system and enhancing the quality of educational affairs in Baramulla.
The JKESWA team expressed confidence that under the dynamic leadership of the Chief Education Officer, the Education Department in Baramulla will witness significant progress, improved administration, and a more employee-friendly working atmosphere.
