Bandipora, May 10: Residents of Nadihal have voiced strong resentment over irregular and prolonged power outages in the area, alleging that the power authorities have failed to provide any explanation for the frequent disruptions.
Locals said that despite the installation of smart meters, the electricity situation has not improved. According to residents, several areas continue to witness power cuts lasting for hours every day, causing immense inconvenience to households, students, and businesses.
The residents appealed to DC Bandipora and Executive Engineer PDD Bandipora to intervene and address the issue at the earliest to ensure an uninterrupted power supply in the area.
