Phagwara, October 2: Lovely Professional University (LPU) founder and BJP Rajya Sabha MP Ashok Kumar Mittal has alleged that the recent violence on the university campus was part of an organised attempt to create unrest and destabilise Punjab.
Mittal said the developments on the campus were not limited to a student-related dispute and alleged that outside elements were involved in the incidents. He called for an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the violence and the role of those allegedly involved.
