Following the remarkable success of several novel interventions in the valley, including the domestication of Kala Zeera and the establishment of the first-ever Tulip Yard in Gurez, the Kendra has now embarked upon another pioneering initiative with the establishment of a Lavender Yard under Gurez conditions.This ambitious step is expected to open new avenues for aromatic crop cultivation, livelihood generation, and agri-entrepreneurship in the remote border region.
